2022 Draft Profile
RB- Breece Hall
Hall went to a high school in Wichita, Kansas. He was first team all -metro and all-state his junior and senior years. In his junior year Breece ran for 2,082 yards and 36 TD. During his senior year Hall ran for 2,127 yards and 29 TD. Hall became the starting back at Iowa St when David Montgomery was drafted into the NFL. In this true freshman year Breece ran for 897 yards and 9 touchdowns. In 2020 Hall led the nation in rushing with 1,572 yards. Hall was the first unanimous first team All-American in school history.
Hall has a great build for a running back who should be able to take the punishment in the NFL. Transfers his weight very well and can shift speeds as well as anybody. His vision is as good as any running back that Sportsvival has covered in the past five years. Not even the best running back in his family yet. He is cousins with RB-Roger Craig.
Not many negatives in his toolbox. Breece Hall does not have the “elite” speed of some other running backs. Hall, at times does not commit to a solid block. Not the best at picking up blitzes, which could cost him early on in draft. Decision making can at times be questioned.
This is a big year for Hall to show that he can be the best in the country, and work on some of his trouble areas. (blocking, decisions) I like Breece Hall to have a nice, long sustained NFL career.
